Soon after the project’s completion, G42 joined hands with global sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company to create M42, the biggest tech enabled healthcare company in the region. We continue to work with the team to create many more solutions for them such as SEO, Google ad campaigns for lead generation, powering Arab Health via experience digitisation and advanced analytics. This case study focusses only on the website redesign and development part of our journey with G42 Healthcare (now M42).
Our journey with G42 Healthcare started with discovering the key challenges that the brand faced with their existing solution providers, and the poor state of their digital presence. A website that didn’t work. No presence on search results. No digital identity that the team could proudly claim.
We started with an in-depth analysis of their existing brand identity & digital assets. We identified key challenges and pinpointed areas needing improvement. This understanding led us to devise a new strategy, focusing on a complete redesign and development of their website.
The marketing team was aware of the deep & negative impact their poor digital presence had, and they needed an in-depth evaluation of what’s going wrong and how to fix it. At Tenet, we always back our claims with research. Therefore we planned a series of research exercises & discovery workshops to ensure no stone is left unturned for improving G42 Healthcare’s digital presence and reputation.
We collected core requirements from all department such as marketing, business, executive, security, etc. We also collected feedback about the challenges with their existing vendors leading to non-fulfilment of many insightful initiatives by the marketing team. With all information collected, we were able to craft a path which made sense to teams all across the board and had a deep impact post launch.
Following the brand discovery phase, we performed a comprehensive Heuristic Evaluation and Industry Trend analysis to tackle issues such as accessibility in accordance with WCAG 2 standards, scalability, adherence to current design trends, and inconsistencies in visual elements.
We also conducted competitive benchmarking exercises to ensure that the results remain relevant and stayed ahead of industry standards. This not only enhanced information discovery but also improved the information presentation architecture, surpassing industry-leading players.
The culmination of these efforts is aimed at ensuring that the revamped identity and website are meticulously curated to address and rectify all identified issues, delivering a brand experience that stands out.
Armed with relevant insights, and data backed research our UI & UX teams started with creating an information architecture for the website, which was then transformed in to wireframes. These wireframes were transformed into high fidelity design, ready for the development phase.
Throughout the process we kept G42 Healthcare’s teams in loop. At each stage, from brand discovery exercises to creating the information architecture to the final high-fidelity designs — the team was able to review all progress and comment on each asset, in real time.
Our goal was not to just to create designs that inspires, but also to power the same with bleeding edge technology for enhanced business development and information security to set a standard in the healthcare industry.
After the redesign, we completed website’s development to achieve fast load times and a sleek user interface, highlighting the brand's innovative ethos. The site boasted a responsive, modern design aligned with the parent company’s identity, featuring optimised content for improved SEO rankings that enhance online visibility and user engagement.
Our processes & integrations ensured the website doesn’t just look good, but also works at its best to be a prized asset for the entire team. Think OWASP vulnerability assessment, API integrations, marketing enablement integrations, appointment calendar integrations, email marketing integrations, CMS integrations, career portal integration, and much more. The final website worked as a doorway to the entire business, powered by tailored technology solutions.
The new website became a cornerstone of the brand's transformation—bridging gaps, amplifying its global reach, and positioning it as a leader in its domain. It not only streamlined communication across organizational units at G42 Healthcare but also became a powerful magnet for top talent and new opportunities.
