INTRODUCTION

Angles, Kuwait's premier lifestyle store, aimed to revolutionize its digital presence. Partnering with Tenet, Angles sought to enhance its ecommerce experience by launching a new website and mobile app, as part of a comprehensive digital transformation.

Our mission was to create a ecommerce enablement strategy the enables seamless shopping experience for modern consumers, driving significant growth and expanding Angles' global reach.

BACKGROUND

Angles was dominating brick-and-mortar retail with four successful stores in Kuwait. They wanted to take their growth trajectory to the next level through a comprehensive digital transformation.

They approached us to craft an advanced ecommerce strategy to help them reach their goals.

APPROACH

After our in-depth discovery sessions with the founders & team, we suggested a plan of action which included conducting market research, designing and developing their digital platforms, setting up strong sales and conversion funnels, ensuring a smooth user experience for customers and the backend store management team, and integrating data analytics for better business insights.

SOLUTION

E-commerce ecosystem that converts

To achieve what the client desired, we created separate mobile application (iOS and Android) for customers, admin & managers, and delivery executives. We created web based dashboard to manage the mobile applications. We also created a website that converts visitors into paying customers with optimized user journey and flows.

The transformation enhanced user experience, streamlined navigation, improved product discovery and purchase processes. We enabled social proof nudges, realtime tracking, secure transactions, personalized product recommendation based on AI, and many more ecommerce growth features that the end-users loved.

Angles reported a substantial increase in it’s Average Order Value (AOV), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Brand affinity, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) metrics. This cements Tenet’s committment to create results that don’t just inspire but also create tanglible ROI, everytime.
